Travis and I got some new photos done for our duo Venus Mars. This was a hilarious shoot! We had heaps of fun going nuts, jumping around, jamming on the guitar and even found a random mop and ironing board to put into our photos....why I'm still not sure...but it was fun! Here are some pictures from an in house model test shoot for Ed Hardy. I was really surprised to see that the photographer was Srdjan who I had worked with before! It was cool to work with him again and made the shoot much more relaxed haha. The Ed Hardy backdrop we were shooting against was pretty cool too. Lots of bright colours!
These girls will be in my new video for the song 'Boom' and will be coming on tour with me so we thought it was about time to do a promotional photo shoot with them! Introducing Mikhaela, Andrea, Kara and Chloe! At 9am we all headed to Glow Studios and went straight into hair and make-up. I brought some home made chocolate cookies to the shoot for the girls but our photographer Srdjan had already set up a whole bench full of lollies, croissants, jam donuts and other snacks! We had a feast! For the shoot we did a couple of different looks. First each girl wore a casual outfit and got head shots and body shots. There were heaps of clothes for us to choose from as Rhea, the designer from 'Die Pretty', had given us a whole range of stuff to mix and match with our own pieces. I did a runway for 'Die Pretty' in fashion week so I was so happy to wear the clothes again! The next look was some sparkly outfits which will feature in the 'Boom' music video. The leggings from these were also by 'Die Pretty'. These were action shots so the girls were kicking and jumping in heels! AH! I was quite happy I didn't have to do these crazy shots because I'm sure I would have fallen on my face...Chloe even put her heel through the concrete floor she was jumping so hard! But for the music video I will be dancing in heels so I better get used to it... The last shots were group shots all together. That was really fun because we got to interact and do different formations.

Here are some photos from a shoot I did with photographer Srdjan. I had to shoot four gorgeous dresses from Love Affair clothing which was fun! I wanted to keep them haha! This is the shoot that was filmed behind the scenes for 'Project Sunday' (projectsundaytv.com) so you can all watch me trying to walk up really steep stairs to the changing area from the studio in high heels haha. The shoot had some cool props; silver trees, pot plants, roses, autumn leaves, apples and chairs so they were fun to work with, though i did get a little silver paint on me oops. Well I won't tell you anymore because you can watch it when it comes out on the show!
