Bag Shoot

I woke up at 5.30am for this shoot! So early the sun hadn't even risen, though that was kind of the point as the photographer Taras Taraporvala wanted to capture the early morning twilight.
Luckily there was lots of parking when I got to St Kilda beach because everyone else was asleep haha.
I wore a few different outfits which were very appropriate for the middle of winter...floaty dresses, bodysuits and singlets with bikini bottoms...hmmm.
But in all seriousness the shoot was actually really fun. It was freezing and dark when I arrived but jumping around getting action shots with the bags warmed me up and watching it get light was really nice. It's kind of fun to get up that early once in a while.
Waking up so early made the day seem really long too! I actually went to bed at 5.30am that night after watching my friend's band play so I was awake for a good 24 hours.
